CMMI for improving an organization's various processes provides a single integrated framework, the new integrated model framework eliminates the inconsistency of each model, reducing duplication between the models, increasing transparency and understanding, the establishment of an automatic, can extensible framework. Thus able to improve the quality and efficiency of the organization as a whole. CMMI main concern is the cost-effective, clear focus, process focus and flexibility of four.
